This policy covers the lagx.app website only. The LagX mobile app has its own terms and privacy policy, available at lagx.app/terms-privacy.html.

Who we are

This website is operated by Saffiron, the publisher of the LagX mobile app. You can reach us at our contact email.

What we collect on this website

The website has no accounts, no forms and no comment sections. The only data we process is anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, approximate region, device type, and clicks on the app store buttons. We use it to understand which content helps people find LagX.

We run Google Analytics through Google Consent Mode, which respects where you are:

• In the EEA and the UK, analytics stays off until you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline or ignore it, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode — anonymous, aggregated pings only, with no cookie stored on your device.
• Everywhere else, where a prior consent banner is not required, Google Analytics is enabled by default and may set a first-party analytics cookie (_ga). We never show ads on this site and never track you across other websites.

Cookies and local storage

Where analytics is enabled (see above), Google Analytics sets a first-party _ga cookie to count returning visits. We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party ad trackers. Separately, the site may keep a small preference flag in your browser's local storage (for example, remembering your cookie choice or that you dismissed the language suggestion) — it never identifies you and never leaves your device. You can clear all of it anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who we share data with

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics) on our behalf. We do not sell data, run third-party ad trackers on this website, or share website data with anyone else. Store buttons link to Apple's App Store and Google Play, which apply their own privacy policies once you leave this site.

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or erase personal data, and to object to or restrict processing.
